Lead the Scrum Team in using Agile Methodology and Scrum Practices
Lead the Scrum and development Team in self-organization
Help the scrum and development team in identifying and filling blanks in Agile framework
Resolve conflicts and issues while working with different teams
Help Scrum team in achieving higher level of scrum Maturity
Prior experience is required in leading a large Scrum team
Experience with successful Agile techniques.
Ability to determine what is Scrum and what is not
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a complex transitional organization between waterfall and agile methodologies and bridging the gap
Must be familiar with Rally tool
