Job Description:
SM Skillsets:
1. 9+ years of relevant experience preferred
2. Ability to conduct scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, SCT meetings, Estimation Sessions, Demos, Retrospective and other cadences
3. Lead and oversee the assigned sprint team and guide them in Agile methodologies
4. Attend Scrum of Scrum forum and discuss progress, impediments and dependencies
5. Understand the product, and review the product backlog and user stories
6. Prioritize the backlog and create release plans based on product road map and business needs
7. Identify training needs, create training plan & materials, and conduct training for the team, peers and the larger group on Agile principles
8. Identify impediments and work with relevant team to remove them
