Job Description :
We are in the process of revamping our Salesforce instance, going through a full re-architecture and eventually a migration from the Classic UI to the new Lightning UI.
In order to get us over the finish line with this project, we are looking for a SF Dev resource to potentially work full-time for a one month period (asap), and then on an as-needed basis after that.
One of the challenges we’ve faced with our current contractor is that he has other clients, and only works for us off-hours – which makes communication and collaboration difficult.
Ideally we’d like to get someone to work on site, either at our we work space in NYC or in our Purchase office, even if on site is only possible for some days.
Provide Salesforce development expertise to ensure the success of our Salesforce reboot:
Work with our development team to ensure the integrations between our other systems and Salesforce are up and running and working correctly
o systems include our patient management system (NextGen), our EMR (homegrown – called ARTworks), and our Patient Portal and Financial Counseling (homegrown – called Felix)
o data being transferred between systems includes patient demographics, patient appointments, financial information, treatment information
Review APEX written by our current Salesforce developer and revise as needed
o Ensure new actions, integrations, lead intake flows working properly
Review metadata deletions/revised architecture that has recently been implemented
Work with our Salesforce architect on Lightning setup/preparation for Lightning rollout
