Become Subject Matter Expert on the following GP OPS measures
o Complaints against the Health Plan
o Members Choosing to Leave the Plan
o Appeals Timeliness
o Appeals Decisions
· Conduct Executive Read Out on progress of Star Improvement
· Gather data and analysis to help understand why we are performing as such
o Create RCA and Caps on how to improve
· Meet with the different business owners on any CAPs assigned to them
· Hold people accountable for deliverables
· Be able to communicate to all levels of leadership, including SVP
Technical Skills:
· SAS
· MS Access
· Excel
· Power Point
· VBA
· SQL
For SAS, VBA or SQL, one of the languages are acceptable, preferably SAS.
