Sr SQL Server DBA (7 Years)

Note: Solid Experience needed with SQL2014

Are they Sr. or Principal level? Principal can walk in and figure out what needs to be done. Senior level can do the work once someone tells them what to do.

SQL Server 2014 a must
Must have worked in a Production environment. There will be on-call, but once they get 2 more people on board it will only be every 6-7 weeks.
Must have experience troubleshooting high level performance issues
Must have Distributed Availability experience in a Production Environment (that’s like mirroring on steroids, it’s a DBA term, Google it
Must have experience with Data Center Migration. Doesn’t care how big whether it 1 terabyte of data or 10.
Senior/Principal level to her means growth and more responsibility throughout career. If someone has worked somewhere for 10 years, but did the same thing they might now actually be senior. So discuss this with candidates.
