Job Description:
The Worker willperform services for the OAG-CSD and will be expected to:
Perform highly advanced systems analysis, design, and development of SAS reports
Be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating technical designs, and developing SAS reports
Develop coding and test complex SAS reports
Assist other team members in performing analysis, design, development, and testing
Workin a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service
Work under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
Years Skills/Experience
6 Experience in SAS development
5 Experience in SAS ETL development.
5 Experience with: SAS Base, SAS MACRO, PROC SQL, SAS ETL, SAS OLAP. SAS ODS, SAS ENTERPRISE GUIDE
5 Experience developing with SAS DI Studio.
5 Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.
5 Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
5 Experience and skill in analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation
3 Experience in performing formal peer reviews and validations and providing written feedback
5 Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
5 Ability to analyze and problem solve
5 Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business

3 Working knowledge and previous experience developing child support enforcement system
3 RDBMS experience with DB2
