1. More than 8 years of hands-on experience in Project Management primarily in PMLC
2. Handled team size of 25 in previous projects
3. Experience in handling support projects to achieve project level KPIs like SLA, Causal Analysis, Application availability, Value adds, Problem Management
4. Should have experience in handling critical and high level incidents
5. Should be quick in understanding client process and train the team
6. Excellent Oral and Written communication
