Job Description :
SAP HCM/SAP HR Payroll
Purchase, NY and Plano, TX

8-12 years of overall experience out of which should have at least 4+ years of experience in SAP HR payrol Should have at least 2 Support project experience and 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Passionate about learning new technologies. Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP & Legacy systems
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate
The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
A natural communicator with the ability to keep the right people
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Service Provider organizations is helpful
Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
