Job summary :
SAP HCM Functional Consultant, expertise in, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and third party interfaces. Required Utilities industry with 10 years of experience.
Provide SAP HCM functional expertise by acting as subject matter expert and lead team through the entire systems development lifecycle
Responsible for incidents and change management
Work end to end on the project life cycle including fit/gap, configuration, and testing including parallel testing
Work with the system integrators to get the SAP system configured including Quality assurance and acceptance of the deliverables by the integrator

Minimum Qualifications :
Ability to work as a team player in matrix organization with business and IT teams
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Experience with the full lifecycle of SAP Payroll implementations
Strong analytical capabilities. Ability to perform fit/gaanalysis on business processes as well as IT systems
SAP North America Payroll, Tax proficient
a. Understand US Payroll tax law/rules
b. Ability understand the complex processing
d. Wage Type creation/determination based on tax jurisdictions
o Multiple full-cycle implementations of complex Time Evaluation policies
o SAP Standard and Custom TM reporting skills
o Understanding of TM integration with SAP HR modules including security
Ability to design business processes from the ground up for efficiency and to align with SAP functional modules
Good understanding of US Payroll, including but not limited to: W-2s, year-end processing, entire HCM/payroll cycle, processes and compliance reporting
Ability to recognize and escalate issues as they occur and provide reasonable solutions within client & Cognizant guidelines
Ability to execute and history of managing & prioritizing workload and leading onsite/offshore teams
