Example of duties include:

Prior experience working at the County ERP Office is preferable

o At least 5 years’ experience with the following:

Configuring Early Watch Alerts in Solution Manager for SAP systems including Business Objects. This involves being familiar with Solution Manager Security setup.

Migration/Upgrade of Solution Manager from 7.1 to 7.2

Configuring SLD Syncs and SLD Data Suppliers

Configuring and setup CTS+ in PI systems for transports

SAP Maintenance Planner to support SAP Upgrades and Support Packs

Performing SAP Basis tasks in Solution Manager System

Supporting Basis tasks in other systems

Transport Management

Linux administration for SAP systems

Configuring technical tasks for the setup of Solution Manager 7.2

o Public sector experience

o Ability to work with limited direction

o Strong teamwork and customer support focus

o Strong interpersonal skills

o Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner

o Good written and verbal communication skills

o Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc.

o Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference

o Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams

o Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members

o Speak and write in English well

o Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities

o Good facilitation skills
