Detailed Job Description
- Providing production support to business applications
- Proactive monitoring and health check on Analytics applications
- Supporting Business usersDesign, development implementation of various information technology systems
- SAP BW, BOBJ, HANA BODS Support Maintenance activities.
- Understand daily issues and resolve in given SLAs.
- Trace through system to identify fix enduser issues with root cause analysis
- Support various front end tools including BEx, WEBI, Crystal Report, xCelsius etc
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute
- SAP BW, BOBJ, HANA BODS Support Maintenance activities. Understand daily issues and resolve in given SLAs.
- Drive different phases of projects like User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, Go Live, Training, hyper care etc.
- SAP BOBW SAP ECC Integration wherein read the data and generate reports based on user requirement.
