Direct workload of a geographically dispersed team providing SAP technical project based activity
Perform migration of customer SAP environment from on-premise running on AIX/DB2 to Azure Linux/HANA platform using SAP’s documented Heterogeneous Migration process
Use SAP tools to complete migration and optimize for downtime (SWPM, HANA Cockpit, Migration Monitor (Migmon), R3load, Time Analyzer (Migtime
Provide solutions to minimize customer downtime as much as possible using a combination of SAP tools, source and target system resources, network bandwidth, and parallelization of database export/import
General problem resolution related to the migration
Identify and assist in resolution of infrastructure, operating system, and database issues impacting successful completing of the migration - Identify and document project tasks for team and provide regular updates
Complete assigned project tasks as required - Work with customer on project updates and provide solutions
