Job Description :
Minimum of seven years of direct work experience on teams as an SAP ABAP application developer
· ABAP related development experience in the Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, and Payroll sub-modules of SAP HCM
· SAP ABAP report, integration, conversion, enhancement, and forms (RICEF) development experience
· Experience with developing ABAP integrations to benefits third party providers
· Understanding of the employee lifecycle (hire to fire)
· Full life cycle experience on multiple projects
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management
· Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
· ABAP Development experience in other SAP modules (FICO, SD, PS, MM) is a plus
