We Have Urgent Requirement for Network Administrator at Minneapolis, MN.
Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Minneapolis, MN.
Essential Skills:
-Monitor, manage, customize and maintain the Network monitoring infrastructure (e.g Solarwinds, Dynatrace, Zenoss and Airwave installations)Add/Remove/update Customer site equipment as needed, including ISP updates, firewall policy changes, network changes/additions.
-Troubleshoot customer network outages , phone issues and Great Call issues.
-Conduct initial troubleshooting of Great Call Datacenter or application issues before escalation to the Datacenter or Engineering teams.
-Consult with network vendors to ensure success of Great Call Implementations.
-Update internal and customer processes and documentationRespond immediately to Hotline calls during on-call shiftCertification: CCNA or equivalent PreferredExperience : Minimum 2 Years of NOC experience required.
-Minimum 2 Years of enterprise network infrastructure experience required, including wireless, router, switches and firewallsExperience with managing vendor relationships
