Encore Consulting’s dynamic growth has resulted in the need to add a new Talent Acquisition Manager position which will be based out of our newly created Chandigarh/Mohali, India Office

Reporting to our Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the overall day to day outcomes/results and service levels that are produced by their talent acquisition team. This position is required to work with executive leaders to ensure that the TA function is aligned with the overall strategic direction of Encore Consulting.

Responsibilities
Proactively work with management to set recruiting priorities based upon current and strategic directions and to define quarterly/annual recruiting goals
Partners with management and recruiting team to develop appropriate strategies and solutions
Establish metrics and benchmarks for recruiting performance at the overall and individual recruiter level
Establish best practice processes and guidelines for recruiting coordination and collaboration across all geographies and business units
Provides continuity across business units to ensure a consistent recruiting message and approach by partnering with all Talent Acquisition leaders
Ensure that the organizational structure for the recruiting team is flexible and easily adapted to meet the ever changing needs of Encore Consulting’s operation
Ensure adequate recruiting capacity to support Encore Consulting’s recruiting needs
Lead the establishment of team and individual recruiter performance goals
Ensure there is collaboration of cross-functional team communications and motivation
Coordinate recruiter training and development

Drive strategies and activities that greatly enhance our proactive sourcing efforts and increase the number of quality recruits sourced Responsible for understanding and keeping abreast of individual Business Unit objectives, plans, growth and forecasts
Qualifications
4-10+ Years of experience working in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting functions.
5+ years focus in Recruiting for IT consulting
3+ years of experience in lead or manager role.
Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of geographically dispersed TA professionals
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong project management experience
Experience with JOB Boards; DICE, Monster, Career Builder
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
