Job Description :
1. Implement minor version upgrades and patches from vendor.
2. Implement enhancements prioritized by the Gilead IT and business, including changes as a result of new regulations.
3. Implement small bug fixes and fault remediation deemed out of scope for operations.
4. Implement fixes/patches related to addressing open deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in a timely manner.
5. Implement changes/fixes to support SOX and GDPR compliance requirements.
6. Coordinate with Gilead Infra teams to address/remediate any server, security, vulnerability patches as part of the sustainment release.
7. Update current system documentation or create new documentation to maintain system in a audit ready state, as part of the sustainment release.
8. Coordinate with and Lead server, storage, DBA teams, application support team and validation team (where applicable) to execute Disaster Recovery (DR) testing of applications.
9. Any changes to systems must follow the Gilead Change Control process
