This team supports RTF (Required to Fly) applications - Aircraft operations (physical aircraft, how they get from point A to B and everything in between There are two release trains: flight management and network management – this team handles the schedule management piece. There are business rules from older systems that will be moved to a new cloud-based system. There are services written in Java 6/7. Everything older is being built new and then taken to the cloud (ex. 6-8 teams breaking down a piece of an application then taking to the cloud and decommissioning the old
Tech Stack:
Java 1.8
Databases: AWS RDS, Aurora, Postgres, DynamoDB, AWS Neptune, Gemfire, Couchbase, CouchDB, Prometheus (ElasticSearch, fluentD) (experience with all is not required)
