Job duties

Manage configs for the Content team, supporting
Identify and request missing work requirements.
Configure agent macros for client’s proprietary CRM, working with product SMEs and Content team.
Resolve requests for taxonomy changes.
Find workarounds to address platform limitations.

Minimum qualifications
2-4 years of professional working experience
2+ years’ experience with content/knowledge management systems
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
Working knowledge of HTML
Extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills: systematic, strategic, and analytical capabilities
Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Experience managing customer support issue taxonomies.
