Job Description :
Engineer, Support and maintenance of Quest Migration Manager
Working knowledge of DNS configuration, MS Clustering services, SAN storage configuration, Terminal services, TCP/IP protocol, LDAP.
Experience with Windows PowerShell, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and migrations.
Coordinate Enterprise Active Directory delegation models and provide technical assistance for facility administrators as required.
Maintain, secure and update Active Directory production environment.
Working closely with internal teams to implement GPOs, performance tuning as relates to activities
Utilize the Quest Active Directory Migration suite to plan PwC AD domains consolidation. Setup Quest tools in lab and validate and test migration prior to the production cutover.
Assist with migration tasks as scheduled throughout the PwC offices , provide technical assistance for facility administrators as required.
Coordinate with Windows Services Team and local facility administrators regarding server hardware installations, upgrades, and migrations of essential AD services and rollout projects.
Troubleshoot / resolve hardware, software, and network issues with Windows systems as required.
Act as a technical liaison between PwC and Quest vendor to deliver necessary solution for the corporation.
