Project: Examination System Modernization

Description: The Exam System Modernization (ESM) project sponsored by the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) was initiated to replace legacy systems used by the Department of Civil Services (DCS The entire scope of the project includes replacing all the business processes and legacy systems currently used to support the examination services: examination planning and management; applicant management; test development; administration and logistics’ scoring and analysis; and integration with existing systems
Responsibilities:
