Job Description :
* Excellent communication Skills (written and verbal)
* Can work on support request and help provide level 1 support
* Review and analyze system specifications
* Creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected
* Report bugs and errors to development teams
* Help troubleshoot issues
* Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
* Experience with Jira
* Self-motivated and fast learner
