Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Boulder, CO
Duration: Full Time
The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will help lead our product engineering teams to help build, test & deliver features for our software-as-a-service (SaaS) eCommerce products. You will need to be collaborative and influential across our Agile teams, working closely with Dev, Product, DevOps and others to evolve our manual testing efforts and increase our automation coverage, while contribute to our Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines and processes. You will serve as a "voice of QA" to ensure we are delivering high-quality products.
Work with and help lead distributed teams leveraging Scrum techniques to deliver high-quality releases
Create test data, test plan, test cases and automated scripts to ensure quality for web client & server applications and mobile application.
Perform web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, black box, load, performance and end-to-end testing
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the product testing team
Work with other product organizations to design and organize cross-product system tests
Write and/or modify SQL queries to perform database validations
Document test cases, write and reproduce accurate software problem reports, and implement process improvements
Identify, document, and track all software defects to closure
