Job Description:
The lead should have around min 10-12 years of experience in automation and hands on in UFT/ALM/Selenium.
Experience is preparing automation test strategies, planning. Should have experience on managing a team, allocation of work and status reporting.
Excellent communication skills and have to be person who can represent Hexaware with TCH senior management team like CIOs and CTOs.
