Excellent experience in Agile/Scrum
8 + yrs of QA/Testing experience. At least 4 to 5 yrs of experience as a test lead/manager
WMS testing experience is preferred but not mandatory as client will be providing some level of training
Should have hands on experience with creating test plans, testing strategy, defect management, collecting and reporting test metrics
Should have hands on experience with test automation, frameworks with Selenium/UFT/QTP
Should have hands on experience with functional testing, test case development, execution, integration and regression testing
Should have experience with performance and load testing using JMeter and/or Load Runner
Should be able to manage the onshore, offshore and offsite QA resources
Good exposure to DB/Back end testing
Exposure to Mobile testing would be a plus, but not mandatory
