Deliver value by executing on established program level processes, execution and continuous improvement.
Product Release plan, product plan.
Change mgmt. of quarterly plans and impacts.
Backlog management, support ALM data fidelity, support Program metrics & KPIs
Support CI/CD.
Work with Lead Program Mgr, Product Architect, UX Architect.
Required Technical Skills
Strong communication skills
3-5 years of project or program management experience, including experience with establishing and deploying project or program management tools and processes across teams
Experience with agile development methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Frame (SAFe)
Deliverables Expected
Process models
Lightweight process documentation
Project plans, as needed
Work with Program leaders to drive ongoing communication and execution alignment
