It requires experience managing projects with Identity Access Management and IT Security. This role will serve as both a Program and Project Manager. Leading cross-functional teams, this Manager has overall accountability delivering related projects to achieve strategic initiatives. This leader will work within an existing PMO, and will need to quickly build rapport and prove credibility.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Manages simultaneous implementation and transformation projects, ranging from small/standard to large/complex.
· Acts as a liaison, facilitating working relationships between the vendor, IT, and the client business units.
· Performs Vendor Management, working with vendors who are leading sub-teams to create plans and deliver projects as committed.
· Oversees the program’s inter- and inner-dependencies, assessing and managing critical paths.
· Bridges the cross-functional teams and maintains strong communications across impacted and affected groups.
· Assists in planning and organizing resources.
· Anticipates, mitigates, and effectively manages risks.
· Recognizes areas for improvements.
· Assists the organization through transformation and organizational change.
· Leads problem-solving, driving issues to closure.
· Analyzes and approves change requests. Provides rigorous control around change and cost management.
· Summarizes status. Has the ability to provide visual presentations. Communicates program and projects’ progress, issues, and risks on a
regular basis.
· Delivers effective, and adapts, communications to all levels of the organization.
· Follows client PMO standards, which align to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Define and manage program scope, quality,
schedule, and budget. Maintains and improves PMO processes and procedures, as necessary.

· Fulfills related responsibilities as assigned by the PMO Director or Executive Leadership.

Key Skills/Attributes/Requirements:
· PMP certified.
· > 10 years Program, Project, and/or IT management related experience.
· Experience managing budgets >$1M
. Security/Enterprise Identity management (IdM) that manages individual personas, their authentication, authorization, roles and privileges within or across system and enterprise boundaries.
· Proficiency in the following tools: MS Office Suite, MS Project, CA PPM (Clarity), SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP or like products.
· Masters organizational and communication skills.
· Works with a sense of urgency.
· Attentive to details. Able to drive strategic initiatives and manage very tactical day-to-day activities.
· Strong business acumen.
· Motivates and delivers measurable progress.

Preferred, but not required:
Project assignments may vary. Experience in the following areas are a plus:
§ Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or like industries.
§ Precision Scheduling. Planning, execution, and optimization of the movements of goods and asset utilization.
