· Very Strong understanding of Agile SDLC

· Minimum Experience of 2 yrs in leading the agile teams.

· Experience in Estimation, Planning and Coordination.

· Should be an excellent E2E coordinator, Good Team Player with excellent Communication Skills.

· Experience in interacting with Technical and Business Stakeholders and understand the blend between business and Technology

· Ability to understand the requirements and translate them to Business User stories.

· Ability to lead and manage the teams.
