JOB Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, related field or equivalent technical experience, e.g., software development or managing software projects.
12+ years of experience in software delivery and full product management life-cycles
Strong knowledge of website development, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability using Open Source Linux, Drupal, Perl
Previous hands-on development experience with eCommerce platforms using Drupal etc.
Familiarity with latest software methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with JIRA
Experience with PM tools(AHA/Confluence)
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
Passion for customer experiences and actively aware of the latest UX trends
Strong influencing skills with the ability to facilitate successful product launches, increase the performance of existing products, introduce new business models, and evolve the business
