Job Description :
All work must be completed at client site Columbia, SC
Responsibilities:

Documents project requirements and builds project artifacts.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, program staff, and other departments involved in the projects.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
This position will require a bachelor''s degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures.
This position will be evaluated on an annual basis to determine if the incumbent is meeting the requirements of their position.
Evaluations will be made based on meeting of project requirements and quality of project documents/artifacts.

Skills and Experience: Required
Agile/Scrum Methodology
Software Development Lifecycle - SDLC
deployment methodology concepts including design, build, testing, and deployment
Change Management
Large scale production system implementation experience
Team Foundation Server

Skills and Experience: Preferred
MS SQL
Minimal Management required

Education:
Bachelor’s degree
