Duties:
The first is for a Project Manager\Business Analyst consultant to oversee and lead the implementation of an enterprise compensation application solution.
Candidates for this role must have experience managing the implementation or being a Lead BA on the implementation of an enterprise compensation application.
The client is implementing Decusoft’s Compose, but experience with a similar application solutions, such as Salary.com or Workday Compensation is fine.
Skills\Experience Required:
Experience managing and\or acting as the Lead BA on a Decusoft''s Compose, or a similar enterprise compensation solution, implementation project.
Excellent client interfacing, communication and project resource management skills
Financial industry experience a plus, but not required
