Act as the Primary Liaison to Project Manager, IS Project Leader for project development
Lead Process activities in cooperation with other teams within Business Process & Operational Excellence, Central Operational Services, Regulatory Training and Development, User Project Lead, User Representatives and Business Quality Representatives for this Project.
Make high level End-to-End process analysis and optimization as the first step for a computerized system transformation (As Is versus To Be processes)
Provide full support on Process Definition, develop detailed Processes and related deliverables during the development of computerized system in alignment with the PUMA methodology across all segments of the GRA organization.
Ensure activities are driven by the R&D Information Systems Validation Methodology, Company Strategy and Health Authorities Requirements to meet Business and Compliance objectives from project initiation to deployment
