Project Coordinator
Boston, MA
6 Months Extendable.

Essential Responsibilities:
Onsite coordinator would be the single point of contact (SPOC) for both the offshore as well as onsite team
Managing the client expectations, be it technical or communication and explaining them to the offshore team
Work closely with offshore teams to analyse and explain the requirements, choose the right methodology (Agile), review the delivery quality and improvise.
Coordinate with dependent teams from the customer side and iron out any dependencies blocking the progress for the delivery team, by reaching out and scheduling meeting with the right stakeholder from the client side to clarify any pending queries
Develop and implement processes and tools to give management visibility to project status that reflects risks, mitigation plan and performance on success metrics
Identify and fix gaps in communication and processes and ensure smooth and seamless experience for the client to work with offshore team
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
Work with offshore development lead and workstream leaders to manage project pipelines, resource expectations, overall project status, risks mitigations plans.
Participate in various meetings, workouts on need basis along with product managers.
Able to work with different IT (such as Operations, DBA/Admin) and functional teams
Should be able to adapt to the competing priorities and expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Good in project management, stake holder management and risk management
Experience in working with different project execution methodologies like waterfall and agile.
Sound understanding of Java, Microservices, REST/Web Services APIs, MySql, AWS
Lead a cross functional team across different geographies
