Program Manager
Location: Irvine, CA


Key responsibilities:

Act as the principal liaison between customers & our client with respect to Customer Portal & ecommerce initiatives
Coordinate rollout of Customer Portal & e-commerce solutions
Manages all levels of employees who support the customers and users of Customer Portal and e-commerce solutions
Actively engage with potential customers and partners to drive Customer Portal & e-commerce initiatives
Provide regular communications on Customer Portal & e-commerce initiatives to customers, senior management and working groups
Organize, coordinate and ensure the timely completion of program deadlines and deliverables


The ideal candidate will be/have:

Strong program/project management skills are required, with the ability to not only track program performance, but to develop strategic program plans, implement and execute.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships with customers.
Trusted advisor to leadership gained by listening, understand, and offering solutions to their core business needs to create insightful initiatives
A passionate communicator and proven thought leader in the business application of Digital with the ability to understand and explain complex problems in an easy to understand manner
Excellent interpersonal skills and being able to work well with others
Strong results driven personality, with a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and confidence
Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Prior experience in commercial aerospace manufacturing or airline industries


Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor''s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related fields
10 years’ experience in technology, business management and/or consulting roles with BA/BS degree (minimum of 7 years with MA/MS degree)
Aerospace Aftermarket experience highly preferred
Airline/Procurement background highly preferred
