Product Owner
Location – Onsite in St Louis, MO

As a Product Owner you will be a highly valued member of a Scrum Agile team supporting core products that will drive growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic candidate to support and lead the execution and delivery of software releases in a Scaled Agile development environment.
The Product Owner must have an understanding of Human Resources Domain.
The Product Owner must have an ability to align with client business needs and priorities at a tactical and a strategic level, providing communication and coordination between the relevant partners and the product development team.
The Product Owner is responsible for the product and its capabilities and ensures that the business priorities are reflected in the committed work of the development team.
Develops the Product Roadmap of Feature and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with business strategic plans
Coordinates with product management to develop specifications and User Stories that satisfy Business Requirements and align with the business value
Managing, refining and prioritization of team backlog, which includes backlog grooming and sprint commitments (as needed) to ensure that the right capabilities are developed
Responsible for release and sprint planning Responsible for writing acceptance criteria and providing story acceptance
Collaborates with CX/UX to ensure design standards and standard methodologies are utilized in wireframe design and product development
Evangelizing the product with the business and coordinating between senior business leaders and the product development team
Works with business analysts to ensure that business objectives are understood and reflected in the features and user stories to be developed
Works with management for estimation and tracking of financials, works with management on budget development for long-term product strategy
Creates specifications and designs for new or existing software products that improves or enhances the existing product offerings for revenue producing customers
Responsible for analyzing and mapping client (internal or external) business requirements, processes, and objectives
Determines appropriate products or capabilities required, implements product, and develops any necessary modifications to product in order to satisfy client needs
Responsible for training clients in usage and ongoing support/ownership of product
Develop or assist development managers in creating implementation plans, scheduling of project achievements and documentation of production support processes
Attends scrum meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives (as invited by team
Facilitates presentations on behalf of their team during sprint demos and quarterly PI planning sessions
Actively participates in root cause analysis and problem resolution Identify risks and dedicatedly minimize the impact(s) Active role in system incident management and Change Process Ability to work across multiple projects with varying priorities
Ability to understand system architecture and infrastructure as it pertains to requirements capturing
Advising senior management Professionalism:
Keep technical skills and knowledge of client technologies and service offerings current
Provide timely, detailed, and accurate accounting for all time charged to each project
