The key role of the BA / Product owner is to develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.


Atleast 10 years experience in the retail / Hospitality industry with the strong exposure to Ecommerce / Digital initiatives. (Food Retail Industry big +)
Should have worked in one of the following areas :
Fraud and Payments in B2C environment
Product pricing and promotions in digital/omnichannel environment
Experience in agile based product development, sprint planning
Worked with scrum master for product planning
Should have good knowledge of working in Agile

Lay out a product vision
Coordinate with product engineering team, architects, sales marketing team & the customer
Ability to drive various teams – both internal and external – to deliver SaaS based products.
Abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope and effectively prioritize product backlog
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders through regular reporting, by email, phone and face-to-face meetings
