Summary:
IAIsystem LLC is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The right person for this role will be an
experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic
and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver our
client’s visions and strategies.
Roles and responsibilities:
Own and lead the development and execution of the product strategy from product innovation through to in life
management
Understand the business communications market dynamics, needs and competitor positioning, offering and strategy
Ensure the product strategy and innovation roadmap defines and maximizes achievement of the business plan
Identifying market opportunities and define innovative and disruptive products and services to capture share in each of
these markets
Own the product roadmap and work with the Proposition, Marketing, Customer Service, Ops and Tech delivery teams,
providing them with clear product direction, enabling the divisions to optimize their output
Work with partners and suppliers, internal and external, to ensure products are delivered quickly, to the highest
performance and quality levels and at best value
Required Qualifications:
Product champion with ability to think on your feet and lead by being the subject matter expert
An entrepreneurial spirit, you will demonstrate experience in managing and delivering a product roadmap; driving
commercial, system and operational process changes
Ability to translate propositions and strategies into actionable steps
Ability to engage and drive cross-functional teams: working with and influencing Technology, Proposition, Sales and
Marketing
Excellent people skills, with a positive and collaborative approach
