Position: Business Process Consultant
Location: Roseville, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and delivers business recommendations on process improvements that focuses on productivity, performance, outcomes, and delivers results that are in line with our company goals and objectives.
Works with various levels of the business on process improvement projects and initiatives – experience evaluating an As-Is state and determining/recommending process improvement changes to get To-be future state.
Has an in-depth understanding of Process Change Management principles to re-engineer processes, reduce redundancy, and increase efficiency
Identifies through course of evaluation, interviewing, and data areas of opportunity for process improvement
Monitoring the outcomes of various programs, including but not limited to manual process flow, electronic process flow, and any automation process flow.
Minimum Requirements
5 years experience in process mapping/documentation required
5 years experience in business process mapping and working with process modeling and flow charting
Must have experience evaluating process surrounding multiple product channel environments with minimal guidance
Strong organization/documentation, verbal/written communication, project coordination and leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
Process certifications in BPM, Lean, and/or Six Sigma a plus!
