Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
Work with Project Manager to prepare test strategy, test approach, provide estimates and Prepare PT Plan with release schedules. Get it reviewed and baseline the documents.Understand NFRs clearly, Coordinate with Project Manager and other stakeholders for timely and detailed NFR elicitation and document the same in strategy and approach document. Work with Project Manager to identify the technical challenges and provide expert support to mitigate them Report Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency
