At this stage, the BA/PM for must be strong with Absence Management module & very comfortable with 9.2 PeopleSoft and v. 8.55
We are looking for Peoplesoft BA/PM that will work in DoIT, reporting to the manager who oversees our HR Tech Human Resource Systems and also work over at BPS (Boston Public Schools) some day''s to evaluate business processes at BPS, and how well they work with centrals IT HR systems from benefits to payroll, and then help modify, enhance, train, make recommendations by partnering closely with BPS staff and being the TECH EXPERT. The goal is to get BPS running smoothly/smoother on all Peoplesoft modules that other departments excel at and/or are already using. This role is a SUPPORT out of DoIT only focused on BPS (stakeholder/users) hence why they may be onsite there to.
Must have STRONG PeopleSoft knowledge - HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll modules
Evaluate, recommend, and document current business processes, application modifications and enhancements, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with application developers, business owners, and end users to troubleshoot and resolve functional application problems.
Develop test scripts, write reports, conduct presentations, handle training, knowledge transfer and stay abreast of enhancements.
