Experience Required
Work on PeopleSoft 9.x version in Core HR and Benefits modules as an end to end functional tester.
Create Test Plan and develop Test cases for the business requirements
Should possess sound knowledge in PeopleSoft HR Core HCM concepts, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration modules.
Should possess experience in Integration testing and inbound/outbound files concepts.
Hands on in Time system (T&L) and Payroll for North America would be additional advantage.
Hands on in Test Management and Defects Management concepts.
Good knowledge in using HP ALM tool
Good knowledge in SQL Database server
Good communication skill and should be flexible in meeting the project deliveries timelines

Roles & Responsibilities
This role will involve working with the HR Testing team (onsite –offshore model) and to get the business requirements from user.
Work with Onsite team to prepare high level test conditions (scenarios) and get the signoff from business users.
Preparation of system test cases and identification of appropriate test data before test execution
Ensure the Test coverage that all the requirements are captured with Positive, negative test cases
Involve in System test execution and able to identify the defects in the earlier stage of testing
Use of HP ALM as a Test management and Defect management tool.
Should possess sound knowledge in PeopleSoft Benefits module and have good hands on experience in validating the Benefit program structure, Eligible employees for Benefit plan enrollment, Employee self-service choosing of benefit plans and submission, Benefits Administration process and On-Demand Event Maintenance, Open Enrollment concepts
Able to plan/track tasks/activities / coordinate and report on periodical basis to project leads on time
Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis
Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring review effectiveness on regular basis is must
Payroll and Time system experience would be preferred
Knowledge in Mainframe will be additional advantage.
