Job Description :
Role : PeopleSoft Developer
Location : El Segundo, CA
Duration: Full time/ Contract

Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.
Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
Provide support in all phases of SDLC.
Conduct end user training when needed and prepare user documentations.
Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.

Role : PeopleSoft admin
Location: Torrance, CA
Duration: Full time/ Contract


Maintains computing environment by identifying PeopleSoft system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance.
System Administration, Operating Systems, Peoplesoft Financials, Peoplesoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Architecture Skills, Software Performance Tuning, Networking Knowledge, Software Requirements, Network Maintenance, Network Performance Tuning, Database Performance Tuning.
Maintains PeopleSoft system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor
