Essential Responsibilities:
This role will be the Technical Product Manager for the S&OP Oracle Cloud product
This role will focus on building out the product vision and strategic roadmap, prioritizing the backlog and coordinating with Solution Architects to create optimized solutions for S&OP
The person will be expected to be skilled across product management functions and knowledgeable in technical domains related to the DT products he/she supports.
This role reports to a Sr Director Technical Product Management - Value Chain Planning (VCP) and is responsible to a create strong working relationship & influence across product owners in Forecasting, Supply Planning, S&OP, manufacturing and other functional groups to execute the strategy.
May engage customers at executive/technical levels to present strategy/roadmap/feature overview, collect requirements, support best practices in the business processes and collaborate on benefits realization
This role will be responsible to drive effective and timely decision making by driving consensus with functional users on business process in support of project timelines
This role will require the S&OP Product Manager to understand data acquisition or integration requirements, identify data availability and determine best integration methods.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
Must be willing to work out of an office located in West Chester, Ohio
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with Oracle ERP Value Chain Planning products, to include ASCP, Demantra or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud
Multiple large-scale system implementations within a manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment, ideally including S&OP experience.
Oracle ERP experience, ideally with focus in Advance Supply Chain Planning, Demantra and other supply chain related modules On-Prem or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud related modules, to include S&OP Cloud
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of all decisions
Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
Will challenge the status quo and advocate for Digital Transformation and best practices
