10+ years of overall HCM experience

IT Experience with Subject matter expertise on Oracle Learning Management.

Conduct business requirement workshops for Oracle learning management and Map Business Processes to these Oracle Cloud Modules

Create, business requirement documents and functional specifications based on workshop with process gaps.

Business process advisory roles for learning processes and best practices.

Advisory services on integration points with Oracle Fusion Performance, succession, profile and self services.

Identify and record requirements on data conversion, integrations, reports and any application extensions.

Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in HR IT functional areas.

Strong communication and presentation skills to driver functionality demonstrations and presentations.
