5+ years experience
Qualifications:
5+ years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud application
Advanced knowledge and usage of OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, HDL, interface development, job scheduling and other related tools and applications
Knowledge of Oracle HCM security functionality
Very strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work closely with team and customers
Helpful to have experience with SQR programming, SQL Server databases, scripting, automation
Responsibilities:
Development and modification of HCM systems and data including reports, interfaces, job scheduling and other needs
Provide production support for security issues
Continual and direct interaction with other technical and functional team members to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Analysis of business and user needs, brainstorming potential solutions and workarounds, programming/coding, performing maintenance tasks, providing technical support, creating documentation
Research, fact-finding, troubleshooting of complex data and system issues
Work directly with technical manager to understand tasks and assignments, prioritize work, communicate issues, and provide status updates.
