Job Description :
Technical Qualifications

. Must have minimum 8 years executing Analysis, requirements gathering in Large Integration
. Must demonstrate ability of understanding Integration concepts around SOAP/REST, System
Analysis, Data Mapping exercises
. Have strong experience working with rules based decision engines, web applications and
automation solutions.
. Demonstrate ability with UML concepts, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case diagrams, writing
technical requirement specifications and documentation
. Demonstrate knowledge in SOA, API, Micro-Services, Message oriented integration &
streaming concepts and technologies
. Experience leading requirements gathering and Interface analysis, in a high availability, high
performance and cloud environment
. Have a good understanding of various integration patterns, SOAP/REST protocols, and familiar
with XML, JSON.
. Experience in Analysis and requirements gathering for BPM and Rules Management products
and projects is a strong plus

Other Qualifications

. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science / MIS or relevant work experience
. Experience working in insurance or life insurance space a plus
. Experience in defining testing framework is a plus
. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues
. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across
internal and external organizations
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
. Ability to travel as needed
