Installation/Configuration of Oracle databases on Linux, Exadata and Windows platforms.
Proactively managing Oracle databases in production and development environments.
Backup/Recovery skills, Standby/Data Gaud failover management.
Upgraded to latest Oracle release 12c, enhanced availability and introduced new features for on-going support of these databases.
Fine Tuned Database performance and SQL tuning based on applications using SQLT, tuning advisors.
User security measures with Audit, Roles, Users profiles, Encrypt databases TDE Wallet.
Advanced options like RAC, RacOne, Golden Gate, chop oracle options, DMU, Partitioning, Replication, Resource manager, bundle patches, SAP mopatch, Flashback.
Excellent work experience on tools Orachk, SQLT, SQLHC, OEM Grid control 12c, 13c, TOAD, SQL*Loader, BMC control, HPOMI tool, OS watcher, sar usage Swing bench for stress tests.
Automated shell/sql scripts on database maintenance tasks, backups, replication, and SOX audit reports, database options usage/licensing.
Documented lessons learned, build standards and presented training to DBA team, saving team members many hours and improving efficiency.
Strong learning abilities with keen interest in learning new technologies and best practices with passion to take on challenges to deliver and add value to the clients.
