Job Description:

5+ years relevant experience in designing, implementing and administering OpenText Content Server (version 16 and 16.2)

Possess good knowledge and experience of OpenTexts Content Server (formerly OpenText Livelink)

Assist, contribute and coordinate requirements and design discussions with the customer as necessary

Good Knowledge of Opentext Content Server Architecture and Database schema

Knowledge and experience of following modules: webreports, ActiveView, Template workspaces, connected workspaces, forms, workflows, livereports, perspectives, smart UI, smart UI SDK

Have knowledge of customization of the Content Server

Hands on development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSL and SQL

Ability to propose creative technical solutions to challenging problems and communicate technical concepts and specifications clearly and efficiently

Ability to work with a variety of customers from different departments in large and small groups. Adaptable to various work settings and able to serve in an advisory/leadership role

Strong personal initiative and ability to execute with minimal oversight

Experience working in a dynamic environment wearing many hats


Manage all aspects of the end to end development

Participate in requirement gathering with relevant stakeholders

Provide solutions within the product environment

Develop test cases

Perform unit and system testing

Deploy solutions to different environments

Assist users with UAT

Follow the organization s established policies and procedures

Provides management reports on progress

Collaborate with team members and different teams

Report timely updates on progress

Be the expert within the company, maintain skills and knowledge, identify training

Desirable skills:

Demonstrable experience and skills of using OScript, WebLingo and the Builder

Experience with REST API s and Content Server Webservices

Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies

Background working in a customer facing role
