Job Description:

Position : OIM Developer
Location : Denver, CO
Duration : 6+ Months



Core Job Duties :
Responsible for driving the stable OIM Update to all environments, supporting all work and trouble-shooting.
Responsible for driving the colocation move of OIM tool to Denver data center and supporting all tasks Develop and define process and procedure to proactively manage all OIM pre-production and production environments and the OIM service.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support IAM management and ancillary operations, as needed Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Solid experience with change management processes, and enterprise-scale system migrations and upgrades.
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Demonstrated strengths in organizational, follow-through, analytical, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work for self to deliver on commitments and achieve results.
Ability to effectively use defect tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira, HP-ALM, or similar) to help with resolution of production-related issues/problems.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals.
Understanding of Access Control methodologies (RBAC and Attribute Control Understanding of the design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of application access through use of workflow automation and common directory services (AD, LDAP) Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills preferred

Education: Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relative work experience

Skills:
The main scope of work for the Project Manager is to manage and support the Project Leadership Team to a successfully deliver the agreed project scope.
This includes driving the project and tracking progress via multiple processes including:
Creation of and tracking against schedule
Managing risks and issues
Managing creation and tracking of budget
Communicating effectively to IT and business leadership
Appropriate escalation of issues with PLT and leadership
Creation of all applicable PMO project artifacts
Managing geographically diverse teams
