Need QA Analyst - Software Engineering (REMOTE) (FTF Interview in Austin, TX)

Experience Required:
Need 7 yrs experience in software development and testing (QA) in enterprise applications and web based applications
Responsible for Systems testing lead activities for systems implementation and O&M software development projects. The Sr. Analyst is required to asses scope, provide estimates, perform analysis and review of system requirements for manual testing and lend expertise to the automation engineers assigned to the project for automation testing, conduct peer reviews, test data determination and preparation, designing test strategy and test cases, execution, UAT and production support, risk analysis and escalations. This position is also responsible for test assignments, mentoring testing team members and assisting with review of current processes and provide suggestions for continuous improvements. Additionally, hands-on experience with enterprise level software development, integration and implementation with web based applications and experience in Java, JEE platform, JavaScript, UI development, SQL and software testing.

Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration testing for existing or new business requirements using state of the art technologies, including production support.
Develop and execute test cases for testing including white/gray box testing based on client standards
Report and track defects
Test activities related to SDLC, UAT, and Production Support
Participate in project meetings and status reporting
Maintain data for M&A metrics
Provide technical help on complex testing requiring SQL and utilities
Perform production support activities such as monitor system processes, evaluate the outcome of system processes, work through system exceptions, and create processes to monitor and report on the overall system health.
