Need Incident Management/Infrastructure Service Mgr Consultant in Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 8-9 months
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Locals preferred, F2F interview required absolutely.
Rate: W2 basis (Depending on Exp Cannot work on C2C.

Investment Banking or at least strong Banking/Financial background
Should be local or lives in neighboring states like PA, CT, NY, DE to be considered.
Missions
Be the first point of contact between client services (functional team managing the external client relationship) and the file transfer infrastructure team.
Ensure the follow up of client services request, manage the priority / urgency of the backlog, ensure the dispatching of the tasks to middleware engineer.
Execute standard operating procedure on the file transfer platform to manage client technical access.

Skills
Knowledge of UNIX environment
Knowledge of LDAP, SSH, SFTP, FTP is a plus
Networking notions are a plus.
